These guidelines apply to all Mystian Fields services, including our Discord, servers, and any related platforms. By participating, you agree to abide by these rules. Lack of awareness will not excuse non-compliance. While staff are guided by general procedures, enforcement and final decisions are at their discretion. Be aware that staff may address behavior not explicitly outlined here if it violates the spirit of our community.
Treat staff members with courtesy. Refrain from mocking, insulting, or arguing with any member of our team. If you feel a staff member has treated you unfairly, do not escalate the situation publicly. Instead, reach out to another staff member privately to discuss your concerns or create a ticket and that staff member will be removed from viewing the ticket.
Harassment includes persistent, unwelcome contact (e.g., repeated DM requests, bullying in chat or DMs). We recognize that friends may joke around, but if you are asked to stop, by staff or by the individual, you must comply. Any jokes involving offensive language, or hate speech will be treated as harassment.
We do not tolerate hate speech in any form or discussions that focus on political or religious debates. Other topics, such as mild profanity, sexual references, or casual mentions of drug use, are acceptable in moderation, provided everyone involved is comfortable. If someone expresses discomfort or a staff member asks you to stop, you must respect that request immediately.
Advertising other servers or communities, spamming repetitive messages, or otherwise seeking attention disruptively is not allowed. Continuously asking for the same thing every few minutes also counts as spam.
Mob spawners must automatically kill or dispose of mobs upon spawning; manual killing setups that allow large numbers of mobs to accumulate are not allowed. Likewise, do not let items clog in inventories or machines. It is each player’s responsibility to keep spawners and inventories clear. If this rule cannot be followed the affecting item/area will be removed and not returned to the player.
Using mods, plugins, or exploits to gain unfair advantages, such as X-Ray packs, is strictly prohibited. Performance-enhancing mods like Optifine or BetterFPS are allowed but may cause technical problems for your client.
Staff members may have access to Creative or other modes for troubleshooting, bug testing, or server maintenance. They are not there to grant free items. Please refer to our refund policy if you lose items due to confirmed server errors.
Alternate accounts (or accounts shared between different people) are often used to bypass punishments. If you allow someone else to use your account, you are responsible for any rule violations they commit. A ban on that account will not be lifted simply because you shared it.
“Mini-modding” means taking on staff responsibilities, telling others the rules or disciplining them, without explicit staff permission. If you believe someone needs correction and no staff member is available, direct them to these rules or contact staff when possible.
Using items, builds, or third-party programs to avoid being marked as AFK is prohibited. Similarly, bypassing filters (e.g., profanity filters), removing block restrictions in protected areas, or using banned items without authorization is not allowed.
We generally do not refund items lost due to mod issues, user mistakes, or unclaimed base raids. You’re responsible for protecting your base and belongings. If it’s determined a server-specific glitch caused the loss, staff will decide whether a refund is appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
To keep communication straightforward and support efficient staff assistance, please use English in main public channels. You are free to use other languages in private messages if both parties agree.
Griefing involves altering or destroying builds you do not own. This includes breaking blocks, adding unwanted blocks, or stealing items. This also applies to unclaimed structures unless staff explicitly state otherwise.
Stealing items or resources, including mana, power, or anything else, is not permitted, regardless of claim status. Always respect others’ property.
If you are muted or banned in-game, do not use our Discord server to circumvent the restriction. If you believe you were wrongly punished, please open a support ticket or contact a staff member privately.
Impersonating staff by changing your nickname, rank title, or profile details to resemble them is forbidden. This includes using titles like “Admin,” “Moderator,” or other terms implying staff status.
Concentrating everything in a single chunk can cause server performance issues. Spread out your base across multiple chunks and keep multi-layer builds to a reasonable size (typically 1–2 main layers). Use F3+G to view chunk boundaries if needed.
Excessive lag can result from poorly optimized machines, loops, or overflowing inventories. Always include void filters or upgrades to prevent item overflow, and avoid infinite loops in piping or storage systems. Staff may request changes to your setup if it significantly impacts server performance.
Some modpacks or server types may have additional rules. Check the spawn area or relevant documentation for details specific to your chosen pack.
These terms apply to all purchases or donations made to Mystian Fields, along with associated perks.
Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. Please carefully review what you’re purchasing before finalizing any transaction.
Misusing items, ranks, or privileges acquired through our store can lead to disciplinary action, including loss of perks without compensation.
Attempting to reverse a legitimate payment (“chargeback”) is seen as fraudulent. Because we don’t issue refunds for digital services, any chargeback will be treated as an attempt to defraud Mystian Fields and will result in a permanent ban.
Purchases made without the account owner’s permission are not allowed. If an unauthorized purchase occurs, the account owner should contact us immediately. Once ownership is verified, the account associated with the unauthorized purchase may be terminated to protect both parties.
